Client Service Representatives (CSRs)

Christine has been with HVH since 1997. She thinks the best part of her job is being able to work closely with clients and being able to thoroughly understand their concerns about their pets. During her years at HVH she has been able to watch pets grow from six weeks to their senior years. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her children, husband and new puppy, Rocco.

Kourtney has been with HVH since May 2007. She loves the environment of a veterinary hospital. She enjoys seeing the connection between owners and their pets. Her "furry" family consists of Harley, a Boston Terrier mix and cat named Gypsy. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her son.

Technician Assistants

Cass, originally from Michigan, earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, then lived in Seattle, Washington, before moving here to NC to be near her parents. Cass discovered veterinary medicine in 1994 when she signed on with HVH as a veterinary assistant, and she's never looked back. Her only regret is that she waited so long to give it a try. She shares her life with her mixed-breed dog, Rascal. Cass says that her favorite part about working at HVH is the chance to share other people's love for their pets and help to make their visits to the doctor a positive experience.

Tonya has worked with animals and animal rehabilitation for most of her life. She became involved in veterinary medicine in 2000 while working on her undergraduate Biology degree, which she received from UNCA. Tonya is enrolled in school to become a registered veterinary technician and is currently a board member of the Blue Ridge Humane Society. She has lived in WNC since 1997 and shares her home with Tennessee Jed, a Labrador Retriever Mix, Luna Lovegood, a Catahoula Leopard and a cat named Gamin. Tonya loves assisting in surgery and being able to help pet owners give their four legged family members the best medical care for longer and healthier lives.

Stefeni has worked in the veterinary field for over 20 years and has proved to be a wonderful addition to our team. She really enjoys working closely with the doctors assisting in the exam rooms and in surgery. She shares her home with her two cats, Houdini and Dega and enjoys fishing at Lake Hartwell on her days off.
