Client Service Representatives (CSRs)...
Christine has been with HVH since 1997. She thinks that the best part about her job is being able to work closely with clients and being able to thoroughly understand their concerns about their pets. Within her years at HVH she has been able to watch pets grow from six weeks to their senior years. She has been married for over 13 years. When she is not at work she is a full time mom to two wonderful children and the 2 family dogs, Keela & Oreo.

Technicians...
Originally from Michigan, Cass earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, then lived in Seattle, Washington, before moving here to NC to be near her parents. Cass discovered veterinary medicine in 1994 when she signed on with HVH as a veterinary assistant, and she's never looked back. Her only regret is that she waited so long to give it a try. She shares her life with her mixed-breed dog, Bernie, plus assorted fish, finches, two elderly chickens and a cat named Scarlett. Cass says that her favorite part about working at HVH is the chance to share other people's love for their pets and help to make their visits to the doctor a positive experience.

She has lived in WNC since 1997 and shares her home with Tennessee Jed, a Labrador Retriever Mix. Tonya loves being in surgery and being able to help pet owners give their four legged family members the best medical care for longer and healthier lives.

Melissa knew she wanted to work with animals when she was young. She originally started working in the veterinary field in 1996. She started working at HVH upon moving from Colorado in 1998. Most of her time is spent keeping the hospital clean and taking care of the animals when they are not in surgery or being examined. Occasionally, when an animal comes in that has no home; she'll foster it until she can find a caring home for it. For her, the best part about her job is being able to help the animals and once in a while finding a stray a loving home.
