Payment is expected when services are rendered.

In an effort to provide as many payment options as possible, we accept the following in any combination: Cash, single-party check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit.

Hendersonville Veterinary Hospital does not extend any form of credit. A late charge of 1 ½ % (18% annually) is charged on all past-due amounts. All returned checks will incur a fee of $25.00. Outstanding balances over 30 days may be referred to collections.
